About Typoeth Cottage
Typoeth Cottage is an 18th century listed cottage situated in an ideal location for getting away from the worries and turmoil of daily life, where you can have a wonderful holiday in West Wales.
The cottage is situated in a small valley surrounded by beautiful green fields and woodland. It has a secluded garden with a small stream and if you are lucky you could see an otter! Among the many varied birds, red kites and herons can regularly be seen flying in the valley.
If you are worried that Typoeth is too secluded, the small town of Llandysul is less than 10 minutes drive away, with several shops, pubs and restaurants.
It is particularly dog friendly with easy clean floors, its own garden and two adjoining fields. There is no limit to the number of dogs within reason.
No extra charge for pets or children.
No high season price hikes.
Discount for single occupancy.

Beautifully situated to ‘get away form it all’ in the valley of the Afon Tyweli, a tributary of the Teifi. Typoeth Cottage is still less than 10 minutes from the small town of Llandysul and main road connections to explore the whole of Carmarthenshire.
Travelling from Carmarthen take the A485 and follow signs for Pencader, turn left in the centre of the village just before the flower shop, follow that lane for 3.5 miles and the cottage is on the left just before the bridge.
Arriving from Llandysul turn in front of the Half Moon pub, pass Jewsons, take the small turning on the left in the bend, follow that lane for 1.5 miles and the cottage is on the right just beyond he bridge.
